Considering the severity of the impact of COVID-19 on the lives of people, the ANAND Group has
come up with various policies to support the affected employees and their family members.
The pandemic has had a far-reaching socio-economic impact, well beyond just the spread of the disease. The Indian manufacturing
sector experienced disruption to offices, factories as well as other logistical problems, making it challenging to run the operations
smoothly. As a Group, we have been successful in taking appropriate measures like implementation of stringent guidelines, proper
crisis management and risk mitigation to keep the physical and virtual workplace healthy and also protect the overall well-being of
our employees. This has resulted in our employees being safe and healthy and also operating in a hygienic environment, in turn
ensuring business continuity to support all our valued customers. Our teams are also closely working with both our customers and
vendor partners to ensure a smooth value chain.

Group Vaccination Policy
Launched on 1st May 2021 with an objective to
ensure that each and every employee across all
ANAND Group companies is vaccinated against
the COVID-19 virus. This facility is open to all
employees and their immediate family members
(spouse and kids). On-site camps or hospital
visits are being organised by HR heads/Hub
leaders in coordination with reliable healthcare
service providers.
ANAND COVID Care 24X7 Helpline Positive Pulse - A Wellness Initiative
ANAND in collaboration with IIRIS, offers a multi-tiered support Many employees have suffered some kind of mental hardships and agony
system for all employees with costs being borne by the company. This because of the ongoing uncertainty and anxiety. The ANAND Group recently
includes an emergency helpline to call when hospital admissions or launched ‘Positive Pulse – A Wellness Initiative’ to provide employees
other kinds of medical assistance, such as ambulances or home care, access to personal online counselling support from trained psychologists
are required. to deal with difficult situations and build resilience.
ANAND Support for Employees
Several employees have succumbed to this
dreaded disease, causing great personal
and financial distress to their families. To
this end, the ANAND Group has established
various measures to provide immediate
relief to the bereaved families. These
measures will be in the form of either
monetary, medical or employment benefits
for a period of 3 years.
