Spicer India wins the Golden Peacock Innovation Management Award -2017, December 14, 2017
Spicer India Private Ltd (SIPL) was awarded with prestigious “Golden Peacock Innovation Management Award -2017” (GPIMA) on 14 Dec 2017.
The Golden Peacock trophy and a certificate was awarded to Mr. Raghu Muttige, Vice President, Engineering & Innovation and Mr. Sandeep Gandhi, Dy. General Manager, Innovation on behalf of Spicer India by Mr. Jawed Ashraf, High Commissioner of India to Singapore in the presence of distinguished gathering of business leaders during IOD India’s “Singapore Global Convention”. SIPL was declared the winner by the award jury under the Chairmanship of Justice (Dr.) Arijit Pasayat, former Judge, Supreme Court of India.
The Golden Peacock Award, instituted by the Institute of Directors, India in 1991, are regarded as a benchmark of corporate excellence worldwide. GPIMA honors organisations that have successfully embedded innovation into the basic tenants of their corporate cultures demonstrated in every function of the business and its operations. The award aims to promote a ‘Culture of Innovation’ in India and recognizes the efforts of companies that work towards strengthening this goal.
