SNSF planned strategic coaching for the rural students struggling with their competitive examinations in and around Spicer India Pvt, Ltd, Jodhalli.
SNSF identified bright students across nine schools around the SIPL plant in Kalghatagi taluka. SNSF commissioned a coaching center in 2016 (student strength now 30). Six students passed the examination and were admitted to Adarsh Vidyalayas and Morarji Desai residential schools (now a 30% strike rate). The admission transformed family mindsets and potentially economic statuses.
