Special Window for Re-lodgement of Transfer Requests

Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025, a special window was provided for re-lodgement of transfer deeds that were lodged prior to the deadline of April 01, 2019 and were rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiencies in documents, process or otherwise. Subsequently, SEBI, vide Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, has extended the re-lodgement window.

Accordingly, this special window shall be open for a period of one year from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027. Investors may submit their re-lodgement requests within this extended period.

Re-lodged documents, complete in all respects, must be submitted to the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) within the aforesaid timeline. During this period, securities that are re-lodged for transfer shall be issued only in demat mode, subject to compliance with the prescribed process for such transfer-cum-demat requests.

Investors may submit their requests with the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company. The details of the RTA are as under:
