Mr. Atul Jaggi, aged 47 years, holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad before completing his master’s in quality management from BITS Pilani. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has also completed the ’Visionary Leader in Manufacturing (VLFM) programme the prestigious ‘Advanced Management Program’ from MIT Sloan School of Management, USA; and the Oxford Strategic Leadership Program (OSLP) from the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
He brings with him a rich and versatile experience of 25 years during which he has worked and led several core functions like Maintenance, Supplier Development, Corporate Quality and Manufacturing Excellence. Over the years, he has been playing a vital role in various Company and Anand Group initiatives including starting the Quality Circle journey to improve people engagement in Gabriel India’s plants; being a member of the Anand group’s Visionary Task Force to develop and start VSME (Visionary Leader for Small and Medium Enterprise); and the AHPS initiative. He is also a member of the Anand Group Quality Council that works on culture building through implementation of AHQC across the group. He is also a Director on the Board of Mahale Anand Filters Private Limited and Dana Anand India Private Limited. In the past, he has also served as Deputy Managing Director of Gabriel India Limited and was the Director on the Boards of Haldex India Private Limited and Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies India Private Limited.
Under his leadership, Gabriel India’s TWBU and CVBU divisions have grown significantly over the last few years, clocking year on year growth significantly ahead of the market for last few years. The businesses have won various customer accolades and recognitions at the national and global platforms. He has been able to create a robust business pipeline for both the segments and strong Manufacturing and Quality system practices across the plants.

Mr. Mahendra K. Goyal is a chartered accountant, company secretary and cost accountant with an Advanced Management Programme Certificate from Oxford University.
He has been associated with ANAND Group since July 1995. He is Group President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Anand Group responsible for entire Group performance. He is also a member of the ANAND Executive Board and chairs ANAND Management Forum.
Mahendra is directly overseeing Dana Anand India as Managing Director as well as HL Mando Anand India, MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems, MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems, and Valeo Friction Materials as Chairman or as a member of the board. Additionally, he also holds charge of the Group’s Human Resources, Business Development (including Aftermarket and Exports), Corporate Materials, and Infrastructure functions. As part of the overall Group Organization Structure, he will be also overseeing Gabriel India as Group CEO.
Mahendra as being finance professional started his career in Anand in various finance roles like controller, CFO of various group companies and rose up to Group CFO in 2009. He has vast experience in the areas of finance, treasury, corporate governance, board and legal matters, among others. As Group CFO he was instrumental in strengthening financial systems, compliances, corporate governance and relations with joint venture partners. In 2013, he moved to business role within Anand and was responsible for many business/joint ventures as board or Chairman of these companies. In 2016, Mahendra entrusted with additional responsibility of Managing Director of Dana Anand, a joint venture with Dana Incorporation. As part of overall Anand Group organization changes in 2021, Mahendra assumed new role as Group Co Chief Operating Officer while continuing as MD of Dana Anand, Board/Chairman of various group Companies including responsible for corporate functions. Mahendra brings with him overall 30 years of rich experience since he joined Anand in 1995 covering business, operations and finance as his core expertise.

Mrs. Pallavi Joshi Bakhru, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Member of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. Currently, she is the Head of the Private Client Service offering at Grant Thornton in India and heads the UK Corridor. She has over 30 years of experience spanning solutions and clients in different sectors. She was the Head of Tax at a large natural resources group for 5 years and assisted with growth strategies.
In 2015, Pallavi was recognised as one of the Top 10 Women in Tax in India by the International Tax Review. Her specialities include corporate tax, litigation, including being a part of a team that ran an international arbitration under Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT), tax structuring and regulatory matters pertaining to FEMA.
Over the years, she has simplified the global structure of some large groups, institutionalised a royalty payment system, resolved some high-pitched tax litigation and done advocacy. She works closely with Promoters and CXO’s on critical aspects of business, including decisions related to business restructuring, choice of senior counsels for representation in key litigation, she has helped in re-organising few businesses and take their geographic footprint overseas.
She has experience of natural resources, consumer and retail, aviation, manufacturing and education. Pallavi is also on the boards of other companies as an Independent / Non-executive Director.

Mahua Acharya was until recently, the Managing Director and Chief Executive
Officer of state owned energy transition company – Convergence Energy Services Limited of the Government of India. She designed and led electric mobility initiatives for India, and significantly, a very large and most unprecedented electric bus program across the world that yielded prices lower than diesel. This program is now an international case study. Since then, Mahua has embarked on building a new development platform dedicated
to expediting the energy transition journey at scale in India.
Mahua has two decades of experience in green finance, renewable energy, and
carbon markets having worked in multiple countries. She was the Assistant Director-General of 29-country intergovernmental agency the Global Green Growth Institute, Seoul – an intergovernmental body with 50+ member countries. She is one of the early pioneers of the carbon market – having been at the World Bank in Washington DC in its early days of the carbon funds business.
Mahua is co-founder faculty of an executive education program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, serves on the boards of multiple international entities and has appeared on international and Indian listings of women in leadership. She has won 5 awards in 2021 and 7 awards in 2022 for her work.
Mahua holds a Masters’ degree from Yale University.

BVR Subbu completed a Masters in Economics from New Delhi’s prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and subsequently joined the Tata Administrative Service in 1977
He was seconded to TELCO (now TATA Motors Ltd) and held a variety of line and staff responsibilities in marketing, sales, after-sales-service, spare parts and retail finance. (1978 -1996). He is best known in the India’s Commercial Vehicle industry for conceptualizing and successfully introducing the TATA 2213, the first mass produced Heavy Commercial Vehicle, which metamorphosed the trucking industry in India, and later, as a member of a Govt of Delhi committee, helping set what has since become the de-facto standard for low-floor city buses in India.
In 1997 he was part of the team that established Hyundai Motor India, joining initially as Director (Marketing & Sales), and later taking on the role of President of the company. (1997 – 2006). BVR Subbu is globally recognized as the strategist responsible for building Hyundai Motor from an unknown name to India’s second largest car company in 6 months; from first car to millionth car in a record breaking eight years; from marginal losses to US$ 1 billion in cumulative profits in 6 years, and from a minor component exporter to 130,000 cars exports per annum and India’s largest manufactured goods exporter in five years.
He manages a boutique strategy consulting firm ‘Beyond Visual Range’, which is specialized in ‘actionable strategy’ focused primarily on the automotive, aerospace, defense and engineering industries and advises some of the world’s best known PE funds on these areas.
As an Independent Director, BVR Subbu presently serves as Chairman of the Board of MTAR Technologies Ltd. and sits on the Board of Directors of KPIT Technologies Ltd.

He previously held the distinction of being the first Indian and the youngest person ever elected as Vice President of Relais & Châteaux, serving on its Executive Committee and Global Board of Directors. He was recently featured in the Robb Report’s prestigious “100 Indian Masters of Luxury” list which recognises influential leaders shaping the future of luxury across hospitality, design, travel, and
culture.
On the policy front, Mr. Singh is a Member of the Confederation of Indian Industry National Committee on Tourism and Hospitality for 2025-26 and continues to contribute to policy dialogue and strategic thinking on the future of India’s tourism and hospitality sectors. A passionate equestrian and accomplished polo player, Mr. Singh has represented the legendary
Jodhpur polo team in tournaments across India and abroad. He now captains the SUJÁN Indian Tigers polo team, which recently lifted the coveted22-goal Cartier Trophy at Guards Polo Club. Beyond the sport, polo remains a lifelong passion for Mr. Singh — as a player, patron, commentator, and writer. His acclaimed book, Polo in India, published by Roli Books, is regarded as one of the definitive works on the history of the sport in India.
Deeply committed to wildlife conservation and sustainable tourism, Mr. Singh has also co-authored several acclaimed books, including Ranthambhore – The Tiger’s Realm, JAWAI – Land of the Leopard, and The Magical Mara. A student of military history, his writings and commentary have appeared in
leading Indian publications, including Business Standard.
Mr. Jaisal Singh studied at The Modern School and The British School, New Delhi, and subsequently pursued Politics and Government, and Economics at the Collingham College, London.

Mr. Deep C Anand, Founder of ANAND Group and Chairman of the Deep C Anand Foundation is an alumnus of Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, India. He is a Mechanical Engineer from the Chippenham College of Technology, UK. His business career began in 1954, as Plant Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra, Mumbai, India. At 27, full of energetic enterprise, Mr. Anand launched his first business venture – Gabriel India, the flagship company of the Group – in collaboration with Maremont Corporation, USA to manufacture shock absorbers in India.
With the success of this Joint Venture, Mr. Anand created a pattern of collaboration which brought the ‘best in class’ into India and established successful partnerships with leading global automotive companies. Over the next six decades, the Group formed successful alliances with leaders of the automotive industry like CY Myutec, Korea; Dana Holding Corporation, USA; Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies, France; Federal-Mogul, USA; Haldex AB, Sweden; Henkel Teroson GmbH, Germany; MAHLE Behr Holding GmbH, Germany; MAHLE Filtersysteme GmbH, Germany; Mando Corporation, Korea; Takata Corporation, Japan and Valeo, France.

The SNS Foundation, the Group’s CSR wing was founded in the 70’s. The charitable foundation operates around all major hubs of the Group.
