Dana Anand India, Hosur and Pantnagar plants celebrated the company’s annual day. The celebrations were marked with many cultural programmes and performances by the employees.

At Pantnagar, children from SNSF partnered Government primary schools presented stage performances on ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ and ‘Traffic Rules’. The celebratory occasion at Hosur was graced by Mr. Mahendra Goyal, Managing Director and Mr. Naresh Moily, Chief Operating Officer of Dana Anand India along with Dana Anand India Aftermarket customer Mr. Maninder Singh, Partner, Bharat Industrial & Engineering Corporation, Andhra Pradesh.

Haldex ANAND India hosted an “Annual Family Get Together” by organising some fun filled group events and cultural activities. The event was kicked off with the lightening of lamp by Mr. Deep C Anand, Chief Mentor, DCA Foundation. Other dignitaries included Mr. Sunil Kaul, Chairman, Haldex ANAND India; Mr. Binu Sivanathan, COO, Haldex ANAND India and Mr. Per Holmqvist, Director, Haldex AB.

On Independence day, ANAND Group companies premises are decorated in the Indian flag tricolours, and celebrations held with flag hoisting, rendition of national anthem and cultural events.

Employees across all the Group companies along with their respective family members participate in fun events during the day.

Anchemco ANAND, Ansysco ANAND and Henkel ANAND India employees got together to collectively celebrate Independence Day at Parwanoo location. Dana Anand India Jodalli plant organised a blood donation camp to mark the Independence Day celebrations. Faurecia Clean Mobility Chennai plant celebrated the day at a senior citizen home near their manufacturing facility. ANAND Automotive, ANAND I-power, Haldex ANAND India and MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems also celebrated Independence Day by conducting various employee engagement activities in their respective premises.

ANAND Group companies are committed to environment friendly practices at all their respective plant locations. World Environment Day is always celebrated with gusto by the management and employees across the Group companies. Every year, on Environment Day, Group companies promote awareness and action for protection of the environment.

Adopting the theme from United Nation’s “Beat Plastic Pollution”, employees pledged to reduce, reuse and recycle plastic to the extent possible. The tree plantation initiative received active participation from employees across the Group companies.

ANAND CY Myutec Automotive celebrated its 26th Annual Day in August 2018. It was a day to remember the past achievements and plan the way forward. The day started with fun events, team games, songs and dance. Mr. Rajeev Gera, COO & Sr. Vice President and Mr. Sudhir Srivastava, Plant Head felicitated employees for past achievements and excellence in Engineering, Quality, Human Resource, Operating Engineers and more.

The event concluded with a valedictory speech from Mr. Rajeev Gera on charting the future course.

Valeo Friction Materials India Pvt. Ltd. celebrated its 20th anniversary in September 2018 by organising a mega event called “Valeo Employee Fest”. The festivities saw participation from employees across all levels accompanied by their respective families, suppliers, customers and Valeo India directors. Mr. R. Rajesh Kumar, Managing Director, Valeo Friction graced the event. Around 600 peoples participated in this event and made it a big success.

The first half of the day began with participants being welcomed by traditional dance performances. The ceremony also had surprise offering for the kids in the form of a carnival, which was well received and much appreciated. This was followed by various cultural events by both external and internal performers. The second half of the day was marked by a felicitation programme. This ceremony was specially arranged to recognise and reward key employees for their long term services and special contributions to the company.

A host of employee engaging activities were organised across ANAND Group companies to mark the Christmas and New Year festivities such as ‘Secret Santa’ fun games, poster and cooking competitions, cake cutting and rewarding employees for their performance, exchange of goodies and chocolates amongst the employees and gift distribution for employees’ kids.

SNSF team celebrated Christmas with Government schools in Nashik, Parwanoo, Gurugram, Manesar and Jodahalli by engaging with the children in various thematic activities.

Quality month was celebrated across ANAND Group companies with various employee engaging and themed activities during the month like quiz, poster and slogan competitions and pledging on quality.

• Mr. Sachin Kulkarni, Head – Corporate Purchase at Volkswagen was the chief guest of the closing ceremony hosted at Gabriel India in Pune.
• MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems (MATS), Noida and Chakan plant hosted Mr. P. K. Roy, Executive Director, Plant Operations (India); Mr. S. Thakar, Sr. Vice President, Quality Assurance, and other team members from Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
• Mr. Ritesh Reddy from Ashok Leyland visited Haldex ANAND India, Nashik plant on the occasion.
• ANAND CY Myutec Automotive (ACYM) celebrated quality month closing ceremony with the introduction of quality circle in the presence of senior dignitaries from the company. The winners of the quality quiz contest and poster competition were also felicitated on the day.
• All the sites of Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) across India took pledge and committed to total customer satisfaction in all deliverables.
