The entire ACYM team gathered together to celebrate Annual Day. This was a fun-filled evening with song and dance performances, further enlivened by the staging of skit and mimicry shows. An award ceremony was also held recognising employees for their performance over the past year.

As part of their sustainability efforts, ANAND CY Myutec Automotive recently organised a tree plantation drive in the Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari. Almost 2000 trees were planted by employees and students in the campus to promote carbon neutrality.
Team from Manitou Equipment India visits MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems, Khandsa plant
The team from Monitou France, currently in India to explore new business opportunities, visited the MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems, Khandsa plant, which is one of its suppliers for various components. The team was very impressed with the company’s state-of-the-art R&D lab as well as its design and development capabilities. The visitors included Mr. Alexis Girard, Global Spare Parts Purchasing Manager; Mr. Anand Maheshwari, General Manager, Parts Division; Mr. Christophe Courilleau, Buyer, Business Unit Spare Part, and Mr. Rajat Sharan, Buyer, Parts Division.
Palkhi Sohala celebration
MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems (MATS), Chakan plant-2, observed Palkhi Sohala, a unique 1000-year-old celebration of Maharashtrian culture where people get together, sing, dance, and chant Dnyanba-Tukaram in Dindis. All MATS employees wore their traditional clothes and collectively joined in the festivities.
MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems Leadership Awareness Managers Programme 2022
The first batch of the MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems Leadership Awareness Managers Programme (LAMP) 2022, consisting of 20 Consistent Performers, successfully completed their course. The 21 days were an amazing learning experience, the purpose of which was to optimise self-awareness in order to adapt new habits and skills suitable for a changing world, and thus contribute to greater long-term success. The participants shared their Final Presentation with Executive Committee and senior management, and expressed their gratitude to Mr. Vinayak Hegde, COO, Mr. Vinod Razdan, HR Head, Mr. Srinivas Ananthanarayanan, Facilitator, CEO at People verse & OD Team Mr. Praveen Mishra, Mr. Prajwal Kumar, Executive Committee members and HR team for their amazing support!

Mrs. Anjali Singh chairs Gabriel India’s 60th Annual General Meeting
Mrs. Anjali Singh, Executive Chairperson, Gabriel India and ANAND Group, chaired the 60th Annual General Meeting of Gabriel India Limited, held on Thursday 4th August 2022. The AGM, which was conducted through an online meeting platform, was attended by the Gabriel Board of Directors and other senior representatives as well as shareholders. During the event, several key resolutions were unanimously passed.
75th Independence Day Celebrations
The ANAND Group companies celebrated India’s 75th Independence Day with patriotic fervour. Flag-hoisting ceremonies were held, and plants and workspaces were decorated with the colours of the national flag—orange, white and green. Catch glimpses of the events held on that nationally important day.
Blood Donation Camp
With the aim of giving back to the community, MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems (MAFS) organised a blood donation camp on 5th July 2022 at their Khandsa plant. The camp, which was held in association with Rotary Club Gurugram, was a great success, and almost 100 employees stepped forward to donate blood under the supervision of experienced doctors. Many of the donors pledged that they would donate blood regularly from now on. Motivated by this positive response, Mr. Balvinder Singh, MAFS EHS Head, announced: “The EHS team has plans to organise such blood donation camps at all locations of MAFS.”
