Joyson ANAND Abhishek Safety Systems (JAAI) donated an Advanced Life Support Ambulance to the Haryana Government at an event held at the Joyson Corporate Office in Manesar on 16th October 2021, as a part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility. Mr. Mahendra S. Rajawat, President & MD, JAAI handed over the keys to Shri Dushyant Singh Chautala, Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana.

Joyson ANAND Abhishek Safety Systems celebrated its first Foundation Day in August 2021. A cake-cutting ceremony and tree plantation drive was organised to mark the event. Employees who had completed more than 10 years in the organisation were presented with long service awards, and those with the highest attendance were also felicitated. The fun day ended with a special lunch for all staff.

Mr. Sudhir Nagar, Mr. Vijay Kumar Tuli and Mr. Lalit Yadav from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation visited the Anchemco ANAND plant to discuss co-branding initiatives with Anchemco ANAND products.

Ansysco ANAND, Parwanoo plant recently welcomed Mr. Hiromasa Ogawa and Mr. D.D.M. Prasad from Engine Design, Maruti Suzuki, who had made a special trip for the Coolant Manufacturing Process audit.

ANAND Mando eMobility conducted its plant inauguration ceremony at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan on 7th October 2021.

A special event was held at ANAND I-Power to congratulate the children of employees who had successfully passed their SSC and HSC exams. A career counseling session was conducted by Mr. Basavaraj Kolkur and Mr. Mayur Bumb to advise them about career options.

ANAND I-Power has launched a series of 6‘S’ ( S + Safety ) competitions to improve 6S within its plants and offices. In the monthly competition, the winning team was awarded a rolling Trophy by the Head HR and Head Production.

Mr. Mahendra Kumar Goyal, Chairman of ANAND I-Power, paid a visit to ANAND I-Power in September 2021. He interacted with the Human Capital and shared his success story with them. He also wished them luck for future projects.

Mr. Jean Luc Desire, Haldex CEO, visited ANAND I-Power in August 2021. He was accompanied by Mr. Binu Sivanathan, COO, Haldex ANAND India. Together they took a tour of the casting plant and appraised the progress of the DISA project. He also planted a tree as part of the green initiative.

The International Day of Sign Languages supports and protects the linguistic identity and cultural diversity of the deaf community and other sign language users. With ‘Leaving no one Behind’ as the theme for the realisation of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, this day is significant for each one of us to create a more empathetic and respectful society.

SNS Foundation has always supported the hearing-impaired by providing training programmes to help them find suitable employment. The Foundation’s 30-day training course in ‘Packaging and Inspection’, which started in 2012, has 800 graduates so far, of which more than 500 have been absorbed in e-commerce giants such as Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket and Myntra. Most of the work they do revolves around warehouse operations like sorting, packaging, inspecting, since these jobs require high concentration and a keen eye for detail. Many graduates also work in the hospitality sector, in well-known hotels, including The Leela, The Oberoi, Lemon Tree, Citrus Hotels.
