ANAND Group and Federal-Mogul formed joint ventures.

Auto parts manufacturer ANAND India and Federal-Mogul Powertrain formed two joint ventures named as Federal-Mogul ANAND Sealings India Limited and ANAND I-Power Limited. Both companies entered into an agreement to convert the sealings and piston rings businesses of ANAND into two joint-venture operations.

The ANAND Group, manufacturer of automotive systems and components, has entered into two new joint ventures with American NASDAQ-listed Federal-Mogul, a global supplier of components and systems to automobileOEMs, to invest in new technologies and double its sales revenues.

Federal-Mogul Powertrain will hold 51% in the new sealing joint venture; ANAND and smaller shareholders will own 49%.
