Auto component suppliers ANAND India and Federal-Mogul Powertrain have entered into an agreement to convert the sealing and piston ring businesses of ANAND into joint venture (JV) operations.

Liqui Moly GmbH, a leading player offering a wide range of high-quality products such as motor oils, additives, vehicle care products and service product, announced its co-operation with Ansysco, an ANAND Automotive Group company, in order to expand its reach and gain significant market share in India
