Saïd Business School’s Strategic Leadership Programme addresses immediate leadership challenges through sessions on practical leadership. Our people evolve into global managers by undergoing higher education programmes at some of the best universities in the world.


Domestic Partners

At ANAND continuous learning and development take place through a series of customised training programmes within India.

Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh

ANAND’s scholarship scheme enables young shopfloor employees to pursue an engineering course at Shoolini University. These employees often get absorbed in managerial positions.


Indian Institutes of Technology, Madras

A 26 week Process Engineering training has been specially designed for ANAND by IIT Madras. The programme skills participants use engineering fundamentals and process improvement to address engineering challenges.


National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai

Every year, select OEs are sponsored to a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE). This higher education opportunity prepares OE for handling increasingly challenging roles in the future.
