The Daimler team visited the Dana Anand India, Satara plant, for the Q-Prime pre kick-off meet.

Mr. Michael Campbell, Vice President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific, congratulated the Dana Anand India, Manesar team for their remarkable achievement of working 7 years without a lost time or any recordable incident.

Mr. Seth Metzger, Sr. Vice President, Electrification at Dana, visited Dana Anand India, Chakan plant. Mr. Metzger deliberated on electrification projects and corresponding strategic initiatives with Mr. Mahendra Goyal, Managing Director, Dana Anand India. Mr. Metzger was impressed with the overall electrification initiatives at Dana Anand India.

It was a proud moment for Henkel ANAND India, Kurkumbh plant, when it accomplished the ‘Highest-Ever Production’ till date in December 2021. To celebrate and acknowledge this achievement, Henkel ANAND India’s leadership team congratulated all the employees for their hard work and contribution in achieving this milestone. A get-together to mark this achievement was also organised.

Officials from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) visited the Anchemco ANAND and Ansysco ANAND facility in Parwanoo as part of business development initiatives. Senior management of HPCL was briefed about products and facilities at Anchemco ANAND and Ansysco ANAND facilities.

Mr. Brett Durfee, Managing Director, PACCAR India, and senior officials visited the Gabriel India, Chakan plant, recently. During their visit, they toured the company’s manufacturing facility, product gallery and also interacted with Mr. Manoj Kolhatkar, Managing Director, and Mr. Atul Jaggi, Deputy Managing Director, Gabriel India. PACCAR is globally known for its technology leadership in designing and manufacturing high-quality light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks.

Dana Anand India (DAIPL) held its Large Scale Interactive Process (LSIP) event in Pune. LSIP, which fosters the alignment of employees’ goals with DAIPL’s goals, has been the foundation of the company’s culture, and will be instrumental in the journey to achieve DAIPL’s targets for 2022. This year’s LSIP was significant because of the continued volatility in the auto market and developments brought about by the pandemic.

As we marked the 73rd Republic Day, all ANAND Group companies witnessed celebration spirit and flag hoisting ceremony.

Under Dana Anand India CSR initiative, SNS Foundation and Dana Care Foundation organised a veterinary health check camp at the upcoming model village of Chalkewadi, 30 kms from Satara city. The camp was organised in partnership with the Department of Animal Husbandry, Block Satara. Around 70 farmers and SHG members participated with nearly 300 cattle for medical consultation. Medical experts gave pertinent information about the care of livestock, which will help them in extracting optimum return from their businesses of poultry, goatary and dairy.

Recently SNS Foundation’s model village Rohile was recognised as ‘Taluka SMART Gram’ in Trimbakeshwar Block, Dist. Nashik, for the year 2019-20. The formal recognition, however, was delayed by the pandemic. This acknowledgment was given by the District Administration, Nashik, and is part of the ‘SMART Gram Yojana’ introduced in 2016 by the Department of Rural Development, Government of Maharashtra.

Over the past three years, supported by CSR contributions from Gabriel India, Haldex ANAND India, ANAND Automotive and Dana Anand India, SNS Foundation in partnership with Gram Panchayat, Rohile, and various government departments has contributed to the growth of the Village Rohile community in areas of water, sanitation, women’s livelihood, afforestation, rainwater harvesting and education.
