Auto component maker Ansysco ANAND, part of the ANAND Group, today entered into collaboration with Japan’s Seiken Chemical Industry Co to manufacture and sell coolant and brake fluids in India.

Auto-parts manufacturer ANAND India and Federal-Mogul Powertrain today formed a joint-venture named as Federal-Mogul ANAND Sealings India Limited and ANAND I-Power Limited. Both companies entered into an agreement to convert the sealing and piston ring businesses of ANAND into joint venture operations.

Japan announced today that they have entered into a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) catering primarily to the Indian automotive sector.

Ansysco ANAND, an ANAND Group company, is gunning for business from the country’s largest car maker, Maruti Suzuki India.

Ansysco ANAND, a Group company of ANAND Automotive, India and Seiken Chemical Industry Company Limited, Japan have entered into a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) catering primarily to the Indian automotive sector. The signing ceremony was held at ANAND Group Corporate Headquarters in New Delhi.

The objective of this TAA is to manufacture and sell Coolant and Brake Fluids to Japanese OEMs in India. This will enable Ansysco ANAND to access latest technology on Coolants and Brake Fluids from Seiken. This collaboration will ease the entry of Ansysco ANAND into Japanese OEM’s who contribute nearly 60% SOB in the Indian automotive market.

The global supplier displayed BS-VI-compliant engine components at the 2016 Auto Expo in New Delhi in collaboration with India OEMs to be future-ready.
