Carbon Coated Synchroniser Rings

CY Myutec India manufactures two kinds of carbon-coated synchroniser rings (mould carbon and fabric carbon).
Mould Carbon
- • Consists of carbon fibre chops with fillers and resin
- • Moulded and machined by a diamond insert
- • Powder mixing – direct moulding to synchroniser ring
Fabric Carbon
- • Consists of carbon fibres with fillers and resin
- • The impregnated cloth is cut and bonded
- • 100% pure carbon cloth is soaked in friction material, cut and bonded to the synchroniser ring.
