ANAND set up a joint venture with Dana Holding Corporation, USA, a Fortune 500 company, to form Spicer India Limited, which goes on to become a leading supplier of axles, drive-shafts (also known as propeller shafts) and drive-train products as well as genuine service parts providing complete system solutions to OEMs and the aftermarket in India.
