Mr. Sarabjit Singh Kondal

Sarabjit Singh Kondal is a seasoned automotive industry leader with over two decades of experience spanning operations, human resources, and strategic leadership. He currently serves as Group President and Group CHRO at the US$2.2-billion ANAND Group and has recently assumed charge as Managing Director of ANEVOLVE, ANAND’s future-tech platform.
As a key member of the ANAND Executive Board, ANAND Management Forum, and ANAND Group Ethics Committee, Sarabjit plays a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction. He also leads ANAND U, the Group’s internal university, and serves on the Board of ANAND i-Power and oversees Joyson ANAND Abhishek Safety Systems (JAASS).
Previously, Sarabjit served as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at MAHLE ANAND Filter Systems (MAFS), driving growth and spearheading new business initiatives. His earlier leadership roles include Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Anchemco ANAND, COO-PCBU at Gabriel India Limited, and COO at Takata India Pvt. Ltd. (now known as JAASS), where he managed multi-location operations, profitability improvement, and greenfield projects. His global exposure includes a stint as Programme Coordinator at Takata Corporation, Japan, and operational leadership as Plant Manager at Takata India Pvt. Ltd. He began his career with significant roles at QH Talbros Limited and Motherson Sumi Systems Limited.
Academically, Sarabjit holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Strategy and Operations. He has completed the Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing (VLFM) programme and the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
