Mr. Atul Jaggi

Mr. Atul Jaggi serves as Group President, ANAND Group, and Managing Director of Gabriel
India Limited, the flagship company of the US$ 2.2-billion conglomerate. He is also a member
of the ANAND Executive Board and the ANAND Management Forum. Under his able
leadership, Gabriel India has consistently outperformed the market, achieving strong growth
and earning numerous accolades from customers, both in India and globally.
In addition to his current roles, Mr. Jaggi is a Director on the Board of Henkel ANAND and Dana
ANAND and is responsible for leading the operations of Anchemco India that manufactures
and supplies best-in-class Brake Fluids, Radiator Coolants, Diesel Exhaust Fluid/AdBlue®.
His previous leadership positions include Managing Director of MAHLE ANAND Filter
Systems; Deputy Managing Director of Gabriel India Limited; and Chief Operating Officer –
Two-wheeler and Commercial Vehicle businesses of Gabriel India Limited. Earlier, he was a
Director at Haldex ANAND India Private Limited, and Faurecia Emissions Control
Technologies India Private Limited.
With over 25 years of diverse experience, Mr. Jaggi has made significant contributions across
key functions such as Supplier Development, Corporate Quality, and Manufacturing
Excellence. .Over the past three decades, he has played a pivotal role in several strategic
initiatives at ANAND. These include launching the Quality Circle movement to enhance
employee engagement at Gabriel India’s plants and contributing to the Visionary Task Force
that developed the Visionary Small and Medium Enterprises (VSME) programme.He is also an
active member of the ANAND Group Quality Council (AHQC), which is dedicated to fostering a
strong organisational culture through the implementation of AHQC practices across the Group.
Mr. Jaggi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Thapar Institute of
Engineering and Technology, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from IMT
Ghaziabad, and a Master’s degree in Quality Management from BITS Pilani. He is a certified
Six Sigma Black Belt and has completed the Visionary Leaders For Manufacturing (VLFM)
programme, the Advanced Management Program at MIT Sloan School of Management (USA),
and the Oxford Strategic Leadership Program (OSLP) at the University of Oxford (UK).
He is currently based in Pune and operates from Gabriel India’s headquarters in Chakan,
Pune, Maharashtra.He is married with one daughter.
