The well-diversified automotive component major has built, led and sustained 12 JVs and 7 technical collaborations with renowned global partners including Mahle, Faurecia, Valeo, Dana, Mando, Joyson Safety Systems, CY Myutec, Henkel and Haldex. At present, nearly 20 percent of its workforce comprises women and the plan is to increase it to 30 percent in the coming years.
