The Foundation's Gurgaon Centre is implementing of a project called 'Town Enrichment Action Movement', better known by its acronym, TEAM, which was initially supported thru’ the years  2000 to 2003 supported by the British High Commission and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).  Now into its 12th year, TEAM which started with few hundred children now reaches out to over 10,000 children and has been adopted by several public,  government schools with several NGOs also taking up the cudgels.

TEAM aims at mobilising the diverse sections of Gurgaon's civil society through an Action Committee to support its initiative in making Gurgaon Zero Tolerance for Child Labour. Using methods and approaches like exposure visits, seminars, workshops and street plays, the core TEAM Committee members will be sensitised and trained to create necessary pressure in Gurgaon on various issues.
