In view of its multi-location Companies and facilities, Anand has evolved a matrix structure to ensure organizational cohesiveness.


While each company operates as an independent business unit, there is considerable synergy across all member constituents through a common set of policies and operating disciplines which enables them to network on various issues, most important being the sharing of talent.

With more than one unit at a location, Anand introduced the 'Hub Concept' in 1997. Each Hub has a senior management person who acts as the Hub Leader to ensure uniformity and consistency in policies across all the units located in that Hub as well promote togetherness through common social activities. This, however, does not take away the direct responsibility of COOs / Unit Heads for their people.
